best Laptop Friendly Coffee Shops in Bath

Sweet Little Things

laptop friendly restaurants in bath

Sweet Little Things is better suited for afternoon tea; however, the staff was kind enough to let me work there for a few hours. If the words “aesthetic” and “cute” appeal to you, then you will be glad to know that this cafe has been dubbed the most Instagrammable cafe in the UK. The interior of the cafe is completely saturated with all things pink. If you are in desperate need of an appealing and attractive place to work, then look no further than Sweet Little Things.

Cafe Nero

Coffee shops with wifi in Bath

There are a few Cafe Neros littered throughout the city, but I would personally recommend the Cafe Nero on High Street. The interior here felt the most appealing and generally felt more welcoming when compared to the other locations in Bath. The upstairs has comfortable couches where you can lounge for hours as you work the day away. It is centrally located and has great restaurants and shops just mere steps away. They do have outlets, but it can be a challenge to find one as they are sparsely scattered about the cafe. My advice is to arrive early if you need an outlet connection to work.

Cafe W

Coffee shops to work at in Bath

Cafe W is located directly atop a bookshop. If you grow tired of working and need a brain break, then go gawk at the many captivating books and get lost in the maze of bookshelves. Do your best to get a window table as it offers mesmerizing views of Milsom Street. There are outlets, but as is so often the case with most cafes in Bath, they can be sparse and hard to find.

Cafe AuLait

Cozy cafes to work at in Bath

Cafe AuLait is nestled in the center of Bath and offers not only great coffee but scrumptious food as well. Go for brunch or breakfast and stay for a while. The staff is warm and welcoming and will have no problem with you working in their cafe as long as you order something. This cafe was my personal favorite place to work while I was in Bath. It is intimate and can get a bit noisy during meal times, but the cozy atmosphere is worth the noise, in my opinion.

FAQ’s:

  • All of the above cafe’s have wifi, outlets and are laptop friendly. Additionally, Society Cafe and Lulu Coffee have Wifi, but I cannot say if the have outlets or not.

  • Society Cafe, Lulu Coffee, Colonna & Small’s, Mjolk and The Green Bird.

  • I did not enjoy every place that I went to England, but I can definitively say that I thoroughly enjoyed Bath. It is equally cute and charming. I lived there for a month and it was a blast.
